Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Within West Bengal: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on select products, promotions, or order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders.
  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellation.
  • Repeated COD order rejections may lead to restrictions on future orders.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within India.
